Day rate 10 hours - $1000.00

Fitting rate flat fee $375.00 servicing Local Los Angeles area

Kit Fee $225.00 for on set projects includes :

Work lights, Ironing board, Sleeve board, extensive 3000 thread color ways

including denim and upholstery thread kit,

Stinger extension , power strip, cutting and pattern work materials,

Haberdashery and fastenings, pelon selections, Buttons, velcro, snaps, dress stand on request for working on gowns, full range of scissors and cutting equipment, measuring tapes and rulers tailors chalk and marking equipment.

 

Industrial steam Iron for stand up steaming prep and construction of garments

Straight stitch machine multiple applications 

Overlock machine for jersey construction and raw edge finishing of fabrics Hems

Cover stitch machine for jersey/ stretch fabric finishes and  finishing of hems. 

Garment Rack with dividers  for hanging clothing when requested

Benefits of having a a bespoke tailoring service for your clients red carpet or public appearances are the flexibility on timing and location, we understand at Rupert Bye that clients schedules change and are often limited, for the  peace of mind for your client we offer full advice with regards to fit and type of event or talk show appearance.

we also offer a  super quick turnaround service  where possible which may incur additional flat rate rush job fee.

 

 Benefits of having an on set tailor include time saving on reshooting looks for ecomm / video or stills  the elimination of touching up of images ​in post production, the ability to prioritize looks and deck time frames in real time and coordinate and plan accordingly, Achieve a perfect fit on talent /models, without the need for refits, 

  Garments alterations will have factory finish in most cases so close up of details will represent original finish of garments, important for denim washes, stitch and original features detailing.

Can offer advice on timeframes for fittings, plan a schedule for the shoot day so things run smoothly and shoot schedule can be stuck to.

 Cancellation policy on Rupert Bye fitting and tailoring services that have been scheduled is 24 hours notice please.
